PHASE ONE Documentation & Scoping
1. Consultations with the client to determine the full scope of the work and design direction based on day-to-day lifestyle, personal style, and future plans for all the spaces

2. Measuring/photo-documenting existing space(s) and preparing layouts of existing space(s) for renovation

3. Inspect and identify existing design parameters, restrictions and requirements in the space(s).

PHASE TWO Design & Space Planning
4. Provide conceptual design ideas for revisions to the spaces according to the learning from Phase One

PHASE THREE Sourcing, Specification & Working Construction Plans
5. Recommend and specify all necessary fixtures, materials, finishes

6. Develop and maintain itemized budget list (Fixtures & Materials Schedule)

7. Prepare complete set of working drawings (Plan Set) to provide a builder/contractor/installer with the necessary information to bid and ultimately complete the project.

8. Provide detailed Labor Specifications document (Scope of Work) to be given to all trades-people

PHASE FOUR Bidding & Order Coordination
9. Meet with builder/contractor and sub-contractors to review plans and define scope to secure cost estimates and schedules

10. Arrange, review and place orders for all fixtures and materials.

PHASE FIVE Order Management & Project Management
11. Arrange delivery of all fixtures and materials in accordance with construction schedule.
